It’s a good automatic scooper, definitely needs human maintenance here and there so don’t expect to avoid cleaning or touching poop here and there when necessary. But overall it does the job well, wish it alerted me when the box is full. Also it can be very touchy is the base of it is wonky.

My cats love it so much, they sleep in it. The reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is the wifi connection. It will not connect and we have tried everything.

Easy to set up. Works perfectly. My cats took to it right away but I had to get rid of their old litter boxes first! I’m happy with it so far!

My relationship with Elspet started out a bit rocky. Haze, our grey furry son, was afraid of the lights, sound and the look of the unit. Summa, our ginger fur baby took to it immediately as if it were a new (which it was) toy. I had some initial issues with the operation of the unit but quickly learned what was needed to make it work. And work it does! Love it!

This is the 2nd one I bought & my cats love it… it did take some time to get use of it, but now they love it & so do I… no more scooping litter out of the litter boxes

So far it’s been a week with the new litter box ..
It did take a little bit to get it together .. Directions could be better . Otherwise so far 4 out of my 5 cats have been using it .. definitely considering buying another one !
