Everything is great- as advertised. I will be buying more. However, the one I got only uses 2.5 wifi to Bluetooth to phone app. App and Internet require 3.5 minimum.

I loved that this came assembled except for a few parts. We have not been able to sync up with the app and the app asks for more permissions than a cat box should have access to. We left it out in a common area for a couple of days so my cats could get comfortable with it. They don't all use it, but the light makes it less scary. I love the auto-clean function.

After much anticipation our “Poo Pod” arrived and was very easy to assemble. My husband is an electrician, so he thought about installing a plug tight behind the unit. That’s why we have an industrial green extension cord running into my bathroom. This is not a situation where it’s the thought that counts. Anyhoo, two of our cats immediately accepted this generous token of our love and adoration. The other cats obviously watch Star Wars too many times and refuse to enter the Death Star. We accept that it will take time for the others to be convinced it won’t kill them. On a positive note, the Poo Pod smells fresh and clean. Aside from the poo I’m having to pick up from the resistance, I’ve not had to touch the pooper scooper. Overall a great investment in our precious overlords well being and optimal health.

Our cats were afraid of it at first. We pulled the litter tray out for the day. They used it. We then put it back in and made sure it was well lit. That did the trick. They are very content.

Excuse the mess I’m still moving in and organizing.
My cat’s love it!! I was worried about the big black and white one. He’s my skittish, too freaked out 20lb monster. I was worried the sounds and the movement would scare him into not using it, but he loves it!!!! He’s fussy about his box and this is amazing!!! For him and myself.
Also l have 5 cats who all use it and I’ve had to change the bag about once a day or every other day

It’s awesome. If you’re looking for something affordable that also gets the job done this is it. it works fantastically. I have two cats and for the most part it doesn’t get full that fast. favorite part about this is the UV light I really do feel this works and I have noticed smell levels differently. I would love to see an updated version of the app. But it is a fantastic machine.
