My cat did not want to use this catbox with the old box still in use so we had to take out the old box and she learned that it was a upgrade then she is hooked and uses it like a pro，This is the best Mother's Day gift I've ever received.

my female cat started using it right away. My male cat took weeks to start using it. I trained him by putting him in there and sat there petting him, telling him it's ok, it's not going to trap you inside. Finally after a week of doing that he finally started using it.

I just got mine last Sunday and my Boy, Lamborghini, is settled into using it with no problems. I’m using a crystal litter so I am not looking forward to dissembling it to take out the tray to empty and clean. That will be a learning curve

This is the greatest purchase I’ve ever made. My cat was freaked out at first but he figured it out pretty quickly. It works like a dream and the app is easy to navigate and I haven’t smelled his litter box since we got it. I love it so much.

I have only had the unit a week now but it works great. Very quiet and no apparent odor. My cat was using it right away and seems happy. If you're like me and don't want the hassle of scooping the waste this is the product for you.

I am sooo happy with my Elspet litter box. My 3 cats started using it right away. It’s so easy to tie the bag of used litter and throw it away. No more scooping! There is no odor and the machine is quiet. If you were on the fence about purchasing one, as I was, don’t delay. You will be happy you bought it!
