Love the litter box but the collection bin is a little small for multiple cats.

Love that I don’t have to scoop anymore. Simple to get started & my cat had no problems going from the old litter box to the new one

When I first received it, it was not working but because of our error. I sent a video that I really didn’t think they would be able to resolve and it was such a quick fix, I was shocked! Thank you so much!!! I

A little confusing at first to set up but as I go it gets easier. Love that I don't have urine or feces smell. Thinking of getting a second however the exchange rate is awful. Will keep my eye open for a sale.

had to switch back to 2.4 from 5 G to make the phone app work

My cats love it. It is easier for me now with 2 cats. Easy maintenance. They get very curious for the lights and stand in front of the Els Pet to hear and observe the process. They are not scared at all.
