My 2 cats took to our new litter box right away! It has taken another daily task off the list. It would be nice if this smart litter box could also weigh my cats & tell the difference between them so I could set individual profiles. The app is pretty simple, though there’s not much explanation so you have to kind of figure it out. Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase. It was also nice to use the Mother’s Day discount. Can’t beat a deal that works out!

So far the product works great. We have seriously reduced the amount of odor in the house, and the cats love it. Seriously, i dont think theyve even used any of their old ones! Its a cool design and seems to handle our three cats well. The only "problem" we have with it, and the reason for the loss of a star, was we ordered the grey one but got the white one. After waiting as long as wel did for it, it wasnt worth it to send it back for something like color. That being said, I think a little more attention could be paid to order verification. Admittedly, this is a small complaint. But if no one says anything, it cant be addressed....

Only issue I have found is my cat loves those red foam things and keeps taking them out. Other than that I love it!!!!

It took a while to figure it out, but now it works well and the three cats, two of them are over ten years old and the third about three years old. They seem to like the fresh litter and the privacy it offers. I would like it to have a deeper receptacle box though. The price was better than the rest and if you don’t over fill it, it works like it’s supposed to. Very quit as well. Our cats are not frightened by it as well and took to it almost immediately.

This was a game changer. I ordered it for my Mother’s Day present. I have 3 cats and they have gotten used to it and has made my life so much easier. Have recommended yalls product to my daughter and friends.

Once we got it set up correctly our kitty loves it ! Make sure you have the bag tucked in properly if not it can cause the raking system to not work ! Once we figured that out it works great

I have multiple cats, I foster. This litter box is amazing. The app allows me to say how often I want the box scooped. I no longer have a smell of litter in the room where the Elspet sits. My cats are all using it. I highly recommended the Elspet litter box.
