My daughter set this up but I believe she had no trouble. And it's nice not to have to scoop ??. Very quiet and efficient. We were worried the cats might not like it but they went right in . Overall very nice unit. Thanks

Can't believe I didn't buy this product sooner! I have 5 cats so I decided to buy one, see what all the hype was about. My cats instantly used it! Such a time saver and so convenient. I find myself using much less litter too. I loved it so much that I bought a second one! The Elspet automatic litter box is a game changer for cat owners and is worth every penny!!
