Base too light

base too light. moves around when phone placed on it and you have to grab and tilt up when removing it to break the magnet, you can't just pull it off because it will lift up the base.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The MagSafe magnetic surface allows for easy alignment and provides a strong and secure grip. When removing your phone, you can grasp either the top or bottom of the phone and, using a peeling motion, pull your phone away from the stand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The magnet in the stand locks onto the back of the phone very securely. The stand has enough weight so that the phone is usable on the stand without tilting it. The airpods charger is a nice addition. The only thing stopping this from getting a 5 star rating is that it will not work with the case on my phone.

Looks prettier than it works

It's okay for a charger that is designed to look prettier than be more functional. The charge takes forever, and while I don't expect it to be as fast as the lightning charging cable, I wouldn't think it would take more than 2x the duration to charge.
