The phone magnetically ‘clicks’ in place and the air buds just rest on the base. Both charge relatively quickly. Like it so much I purchased the one with the watch charger for my bedroom.

Nice design but lacks functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually never stray from Apple products including charging accessories. I received this and admired the minimalistic and sleek design. I set it up on my nightstand. I noticed it saved a substantial amount of space in comparison to the magnetic iPhone charger, lighting charger and Apple watch charger I had on my other nightstand. The design is very similar to comparable combination Apple chargers. However, I found this product to lack greatly in regards to the magnetic capabilities of the Apple chargers that so many, including myself, have come to rely on. This charger, though convenient and moderately priced had horrible magnetic capabilities. So much so, that I stopped using it. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and it kept falling off after hardly being able to get it to attach. The AirPod charger at the base was okay but the fact that I couldn't even use the magnetic iPhone charger rendered it useless to me. I would not recommend this unless you have a lightweight, smaller phone.

Handy and Aesthetic

Free floating charge

I love that the phone is suspending while charging and the fact that it holds the phone. From a functional perspective… I can’t say I’m over the moon. It’s not a Belkin’s fault I have dogs but any bumps and tail wags into the nightstand completely ruin the charge potential. Not docking points for my life decisions, just sayin.
