PS Controller Brand New with stick drift

Bought a PS5 midnight black controller. When I used it it already had stick drift. Brand new out of the box.
I took it back to best buy and I got an exchange. And it had no stick drift.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loving it so far! Battrry lasts longer than the traditional white one you get with your console. Highly recommend!

Bad shape, uncomfortable to hold

Sharp pointy protrusions dig into your fingers (pinkies) and palms... uncomfortable and awkward to hold for ANY length of time
not reccomended for average size adults, might be better for children who couldnt possibly have 100$ in disposible income to be purchasing these products for themselves... kind of a bad play by Sony just to "modernize" the "look" of the controller (notice how the dual sense for 3x the price has rounded handles, and so did ps1 through 4... wonder why...)

Short battery life after many years of use.

I've had this controller for about 4 years now and the battery can barely survive for 2 hours now which is a huge issue. I've had many previous generation controllers and no issues with batteries after many years of using them and they still work even after a decade of having them so I would have to say that corners were cut on the batteries to save a buck which is a shame as everything else with the controller works good. Battery replacement will be necessary for this controller.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
