Perfect gift for my retired parents!

I bought these for my parents who retired about 5 years ago. They love them so much that they pack them on day trips to the lake for fishing or just napping on the porch. We’re all impressed with the side table and personal shade, which makes this chair stand out from other anti-gravity chairs. I purchased burgundy color and it looked very nice. I’m so happy that my gift makes them so happy!

Decent chair

It's comfortable to sit in and I like the canopy. For the price, it's a good chair. The plastic tray/cup holder is a little flimsy. When not using the canopy, the chair has clips on the back of the chair to hold the canopy but when you sit in the chair, it knocks them out of the clips, so the canopy just hangs behind the chair. Both of the above aren't that big of a deal. The one thing I would want better is the reclining feature. It's a set of plastic knobs that you tighten and loosen when you want to recline/sit upright. When sitting upright, if you put a little pressure on the back of the chair, you will start reclining. You cannot tighten the knobs enough.

Help: I'm missing the canopy part!

Apologies for the delay -- I've been quarantining elsewhere and just opened this box yesterday. The chair itself is in good condition, but there are 2 problems: 1) The canopy part is missing!! This is the only reason I chose to buy this chair. It's very important to have the canopy to keep the sun out of the face, for many reasons. Can you please send me the canopy, so I can safely use this chair outside? 2) The cutouts/slots in the drink holder tray are very poorly cut. They're not clean cuts at all. There are pieces of hard plastic hanging loosely from the cutouts, but the plastic is too hard to cut with scissors.
