Pretty looking but broke after

Pretty looking but broke after several weeks, I have patio umbrellas what are 5 years old, this one 2 of the sticks connecting to the top point, broke off after just 6 weeks of use

We received this umbrella quicker than expected, which was great. It is really nice & light weight, almost too light though. A good wind really causes issues with the flexibility of the umbrella mast.

The umbrella was to big for my patio. My error.
Have been trying to obtain return label. Send email with information as per Best Choice direction to not send items without their return label . Received confirmation email was received .
Unfortunately 3weeks later still waiting for return label. Unable to reach company by phone or chat.
