I've had these a couple of weeks and I really like them. The locking mechanism that keeps you at your desired level of recline is a little weak, but that doesn't affect my review. Word of advice though, don't attempt to fold your chair while the side table is attached. I damaged my table a little bit before I realized this action was a no-no.
