Soooo comfortable in every position, didn’t needvcushions,easy to turn knobs in a convenient location can lock it into position, easy to install/remove tray is conveniently located and perfectly engineered-cup holder, cup holder with extra cut out for coffee cup, two other slots- we used for iPads, phones, glasses, snacks, magazines etc. , no assembly- literally just clip the tray on if you want it and you are set. We even fell asleep for hours, not flimsy but light enough for this weak person to move easily. Pillow is just the right size and elastic ensures it is in whatever position you want. Could be removed.

The chairs shipped so fast! They were a little flimsier than I had expected, but I’ve been using them for a few weeks now and they’ve held up just fine. One of the trays cracked already, but it’s still usable. Overall good value for the price and very comfortable!

Very comfortable, affordable chairs. I haven't used them much yet but no issues so far. One of the headrests came with stains on it but customer service was able to reimburse me money since they didn't have any available to replace in their warehouse so that i was able to buy a replacement on amazon.
