So far, so good. It's been time consuming to transfer files with the 100 MB limit on Dropbox. I don't otherwise need it, or I'd upgrade. I need a short tutorial on how to use the mousepad. How do I drag & drop, for example. But the speed is wonderful! My old 2014 HP was so slow!

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. It's been years since since I bought a computer. I thought that I might be happier with a higher level Intel i7 or i9 for speed and storage, but opted with this model instead. It has not failed me yet and I don't believe it will. The other Item I would recommend for external storage is a USB-C G5 Essential Dock for additional ports.

However, at 64 years of age it is very hard to read the keyboard under normal lighting conditions!
ANY way to get black keys with white text OR black letter on gray keys?
When I ordered mine, I did not see that option and was concerned about seeing letters!!

It feels Cheaply made. I’m not impressed with it at all. Comparing it to Dell Computers which I’ve always bought. But I decided to buy an HP. This is my first and last time to buy an HP
