[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent microwave. Just bought so I don't know for how long it will last.
Pros: Good appearance blending black and stainless steel to fit with both other appliances that color. The handle is part of the door and cannot break as happened with my previous unit with attached handles. Extremely quiet. Spacious and with bright light inside. Sound levels of signals can be programmed. Clock can be turned off. Easy operating controls.
Cons: The door is not completely aligned with body. Cooked potatoes, follow instructions, but were not completely cooked. No On-Off switch for turntable. The light down to the ranges is too white, a warm white would be less "hospital type" feeling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new microwave looks and works great. Only complaint would be how loud it is compared to the Kenmore we had. The first thing my wife asked was if something was wrong with it.
