Stunning, yet approachable! Let me explain...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is stunning, while still being very approachable for any young person to play with...I received this gorgeous doll on June 3rd from Mattel to review. I was asked to offer an honest review about this doll from my experience and my child who loves dolls and I am happy to report that she is an absolute stunner for both of us. She is so well made. Her paint is perfect, her hair is great quality with awesome tiger stripes as an added touch! I love that. The attention to detail is top notch, for example, the earrings, the beautiful cat-like finger molding, and her gorgeous clothes are adorable and stunningly detailed, as expected. I absolutely love the box art, it's super cute and I almost hated to open the box, at all! The only thing I don't like or need is the pet, Sweet fangs. It's really a 'me thing' because there isn't anything wrong with the pet, it's just different compared to the doll herself. I'm an adult doll collector, so this is just my perspective and I am positive that any child or young person will love the pet. My child simply loves Sweet Fangs! The colors of the doll are so vibrant and engaging.The molding is wonderful and the paint is perfect on the pet. Very impressive! I literally found no flaws in the paint on the doll nor the pet, which is unheard of, as we doll collectors know! Toralei is gorgeous and we love her! The entire experience opening the box and studying the doll and her accessories was sheer bliss for me. Great job, Mattel!!!

Torelei Werecat doll

There is something about the doll that caught her attention right from the first time. She enjoyed every bit of it. We own a cat and her first thought was thinking about Rex our cat. She really loved the pet werecat that is included. This is one of her favorites right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is wonderfully well-made and put together. Gorgeous face screening, gorgeous box art, detailed clothes, and accessories. Perfect for play or display. My only nitpick and that's only coming from me, an OG MH fan, is I wish the doll stand was colored to match the character a little bit better. If I remembered correctly, the OG core MH dolls had colored stands in their signature colors.

Toralei with tiger sidekick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toralei. The outfit is amazing very rock and cool looking. The tiger cute love the pets with dolls idea sidekicks are my favorite. The tiger would have looked better also with more stripes but the face is cute and goes with toralei.The journal is always nostalgic. The purse gives a very fun vibe. The details on her outfit ,piercings and makeup are on point. Her piercings are well placed. the tail definitely needed more details. Spots, stripes would have really pulled the doll more together. The lack of detail on the tail and mobility makes is not ideal.The tail is orange and it has small pin holes all over. It seems stirdy with some flexibility but would have liked more since she is a cat person.Her hair with the stripes in the front are also very nice. I just wish her hair was not glued down. My daughter tried to brush her hair and well the brush cant move her hair at all. Her legs,hands knees, wrists and arms are perfect for imagination since they are all mobile. The packaging is so cute. i have always loved monster high boxes and have at times kepts the back of them. The stripes on her legs are also very cool and help her look more catish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child was so happy to receive this Booriginal Creeproduction Toralei! The first thing I noticed is the perfect face screening and attention to detail. My daughter really enjoyed the fashion that this doll came with as well, I particularly like the cat scratch details on the pants! My child also enjoyed the fact that her tail is also posable and moveable! My child is thrilled to add this doll to her collection! A must have for children and adult Monster High Doll collectors!
