I bought this vacuum cleaner last year and meant to review it sooner. I have 3 dogs so specifically got the one for pets, all hardwood floors and this vacuum cleaner will not pick up dog hair, just pushes it around. I just tried it again yesterday hoping for different results and no such luck. I would never recommend this product so please do not waste your money.

Purchased just over my 3 year warranty by a month and its head and/or lower duct hose is cracked from wear and tear. There’s no longer any suction going through the upper hose, into dust cup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for a short time

Constant problems between batteries, hoses and motor issues and getting the motor part warrantied impossible

After 5 months doesn’t work anymore! It does not collect simple everyday dirt on the floor.

terrible battery

bought it about 7 months ago, use it about once a month, the battery is now lasting around 3 minutes and quits

Battery

I do not have this particular model but I do have the Hoover Blade which apparently, they do not make anymore. The battery stopped charging and can't find one anywhere, not even from Hoover. Keep that in mind and appears the batterys are almost as much as the vacuum. Im so sad I love that thing!!!
