[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The earbuds work well. They sound good and the mic was fairly clear on calls. The only downside is that I miss the three button controls to change the volume. Otherwise, a nice cheap option for usb-c earbuds.

Over the ear headphones aren't possible due to severe allodynia (pain caused by the over-the-head bands). Although I don't use headphones or earbuds often, it has been a trial to find in-ear devices that don't cause pain after a few minutes of use. The Lenovo 300 USB-C Wired In-Ear Headphones work perfectly. I can have these in for hours without ear pain or discomfort. The sound quality is great for most virtual meetings and listening to music or podcasts. Glad I've finally found something that works and didn't break the bank!
