The microphone doesn’t work on any device. It doesn’t work on an iPhone or a Lenovo computer. Only support i was given was “the devices might not recognize that it has a microphone and needs a software update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Audio quality is good with my Lenovo laptop. However, when I plug it to my Samsung phone, the max sound level is a bit lower than what I am used to. Also if I use it with my phone, my voice at the other side is heard a bit digitized during the calls. My phone related comment is based on my previous experience with cheap 5-10 dollars cabled earphones.
