I love my hatch alarm! I can easily control my alarms from the app and toggle modes on the alarm better than before with the new and improved button and features.

Lights always on

I was sent a new Hatch because my old one was malfunctioning. I love the pink noise and I sleep well because of it. However, there is a line of light always on where the clock numbers would be. It is very bright and I have to turn the clock away during sleep.

Sunset feature does not work

Sunset feature does not work well. Feels like a downgrade from Restore 2. I don't use it most nights.
The sunrise works well and helps me to wake up on dark mornings.

Better than before

Restore 3 is a vast improvement over the original Restore, with better lighting and controls. I love the big button on the top. However, the app is still a bit clunky and counterintuitive.
I am also very appreciative that you sent me the new model as a no cost replacement. I was in the process of looking for another sleep/alarm unit. I was just about to throw out my old model since it seemed to have developed a hardware glitch and would no longer function correctly.

I get so much joy from waking up from my hatch. I’m not a morning person but Hatch makes it easier. I also enjoy sleeping to some rain sounds. I need white noise and love the sleep routine I’ve created.

For the price, the app should include more

The biggest disappointment for this product is how much of the content in the app is behind a paywall. For the very high price, more sounds should be included. That being said, I really like both the wake up and sleep routines that you can pre set. Having the light start before the alarm goes off is very useful, and the wide range of light options is great.
