Hatch Restore 3 = Total Game Changer

I’m honestly obsessed. The Hatch Restore 3 has completely changed my sleep routine — it’s like having a personal wind-down coach and sunrise in one. The sound quality, light options, and how seamlessly it fits into my bedtime ritual… chef’s kiss. It’s amazing, and I’m officially a believer!

Great but unreliable

I love what hatch offers, the wide selection of sounds and lights is amazing and always keeps it fresh. But it seems unreliable. My first hatch stopped working and I was sent a new one. Now the buttons have stopped working on the new hatch restore 3. I love what hatch offers but wish I could rely on it without setting backup alarms on my phone.

Cannot connect to my Wifi

I was excited to use this product. However, the device would not connect to my wifi as I live in an apartment whose wifi is provided for the residence through a website with a username and password login. This is not compatible with this product apparently.

I wish that the meditation part of the Restore does not cost extra after the trial, and has more meditations, because I have ran out quickly and started to repeat. I would also enjoy more campfire sounds because those are my favorite. Other than that, I absolutely love the Restore so much, and it helps me sleep way better.

The app upsells and content lock to a monthly subscription are out of control.

So much content is gate-locked to upsell to a subscription (for basic functionality) and it makes me feel like I am renting Hatch. I bought a product. It's ridiculous. I had the Hatch 1 and that app had way more free options than the Hatch 3. I used to love the Hatch and tell everyone about it - now I just feel annoyed and wish I went with the cheaper phillips option.

This thing is too complicated. There are too many choices and not enough places to stick them. Definitely not enough instructions. I totally don't get it. I want my old content back. Hillary, are you there? I miss you!

My kids love Hatch

I have seen an impresive change in my kids sleep with Hatch (2 and 5 years old). They both fall asleep easier and for longer stretches. They also love when they see that Hatch’s light has turned on meaning that their bedtime routine has started.
