I love my hatch so much! If I forget to put on the night sound, I will wake up in the middle of the night needing to turn it on. Also, I love how I can gradually wake up in the morning. Sometimes the light wakes me up first, other times the sound will. Such an amazing addition to my routine!

I do miss the clock being constantly on like the original version, but the new look, sounds, and routine available is amazing. I love getting the notification that it is time to put the phone down for the day

My fiance and I were skeptical, but decided to give it a go. We have deeply enjoyed the system for the full approach to the sleeping cycle.
The sound, color, and instruction options with integrated app are sublime in our opinion.

Would love to help guide them to fix some things

This is my second Hatch. Mostly because there aren’t a lot of other options for what we want. The other one just went psycho and started turning off in the middle of the night which woke me up every. single. time. After looking around I bought another one (the Devil you know…) Anyways the app is clunky and slow and I wish it was more user friendly (I have specifics like why I can’t easily change the volume with the main screen but I have to go in and edit-and it’s so clunky to change the time for the alarm-I don’t get up the same time and it is literally determined the night before so presets don’t work). I have it across the room because I don’t like the sound right next to my head. This is why the app is so important. Many of the sounds are laughable as “light rain” sounds like a deluge and rain on a porch roof sounds like you’re in a hail storm. I wish there were more actually calm nature options. I can also hear other background “mechanical” sounds-can’t they literally just record real soft rain? Anyways we need the sound at night so it is what it is. I would love to advise the design team…
