Realistic flamme???? You gotta be kidding!!!

Easy install. And fair enough heat production. Those are the only 2 reasons I gave it 2 stars.
Otherwise, Flammes are crap. Not realistic at all. The flamme screen is very dim, whereas the bottom section, where the LEDs/crystals/wood-logs is too bright.
The flamme mode is noisy.
The fireplace itself is too thick.
The remote came without a battery.
I can't set other colour modes from the unit itself. I meed to go purchase a battery for the remote.
I have 4 electric fireplaces and this is by far, the worst of them all.
