Small but mighty!!

Small footprint but tons of options. Makes perfect loaves with very little effort on my part. Great loaf size for 1 to two people. Could use a few small tweaks to the interface, like adding a “light” crust color option as well as defining which rise and knead cycle is currently active. Overall, I’m super impressed!!!

I purchased this item to replace my over twenty year old Zojirushi bread machine. The old Zo Bread machine served me well, military family - many moves - and the Zojirushi survived them all. Now being empty nesters the old Zo Bread machine made the large loaves - so in comes the Zojirushi Home Bakery Maestro Breadmaker BB-SSC10. I love it. It preforms beautifully. I have used it about every three days since it's arrival. Perfect bread each time. Performance is perfect, it is also beautiful to took at - great combination of styling and technology. Here's to another 20 years of Zojirushi performance.
