So many possibilities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely in love with my Bakery Maestro Breadmaker. I have used a few other breadmakers and they worked fine, but this one is so easy to use and they bread comes out perfect every time. This is at least a weekly used product in my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zojirushi Home Bakery Maestro Breadmaker is smooth and sleek looking and doesn't take up a lot of space. I am a big fan of European bread, but it can be hard to find good quality European style bread, so I ended up using the Zojirushi bread maker to make it. I am super happy with the results because I can now make different types of superior quality bread whenever I feel like it. The instructions are very easy to follow and I would recommend that you use the measuring cup that comes with the breadmaker. You may also find a small hole under your loaf because of the kneading tool, but it doesn't bother me since the final product is absolutely delightful! Save your money from buying poor quality and unhealthy bread from the grocery store, and start making your own fresh and affordable bread!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this bread machine for my family loves bread and pasta for dinner. I was thoroughly impressed with how easy it is to use. This machine has an LED screen to show what course to use. The top of the machine shows you 15 different courses you can set which is a great convenient. You can make a whole pound of bread at once. The buttons are nice and big for ease of use. Very easy to clean and has a crust control button for perfection to your liking. So many great features including the nice size handle for portability. You also receive in the box a nice size recipe book.

Easy to make bread

Just add the ingredients in and wait for 2-3 hours. The best part is when the bread is ready. It smells really good. We trust this brand and have other appliances of the brand. Never disappoint us.

I really wish the included thin cookbook included more whole wheat recipes or at least tips to sub whole wheat in the recipes. The little loaves are perfect for one or two people. Very easy to operate! Its also compact enough to leave on my counter.

The first time I used the machine, either I didn't have the bowl set into the machine exactly right or the yeast wasn't active (I used regular active yeast), and it was a small dense mess. I immediately went back and not only made sure that the connection was firm, but I also used rapid yeast, and the resulting loaf of bread was terrific. It would be helpful to have a "window" at the top of the machine so that you could check to see if it was proceeding properly.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and the photos of your loaves. It looks like the first loaf didn't have enough liquid for the amount of dry ingredients added. This can be happen sometimes if using nested measuring cups to measure out the flour. To avoid this we recommend to use a kitchen scale to measure out the ingredient. This will ensure the ratio between the wet and dry ingredients are always balanced and will yield consistent looking loaves.
