Handy little bread maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fairly compact bread maker. I like that it’s small so it doesn’t take up too much counter space. It creates a decent sized loaf of bread which is perfect if you prefer to bake in smaller quantities. It’s fairly easy and straightforward to use and in no time I had a delicious loaf of bread. I used the medium setting which actually ended up browning the edges of the bread a lot more than I expected. The crust coloring I ended up with I would have expected from the high/dark setting so I will probably only use the light or medium setting for my bread recipes. I had slight sticking to the inner container so maybe the non stick coating of the container could be a little better. Other than that this is a good little bread maker.

Hi! Thank you for your thoughtful review. Sometimes the bread may be a little harder to remove is some of the dough baked underneath the kneading blade. Slightly moving the kneading blade back and forth (not too much!) will help release the bread. If you need any help with your breadmaker our Customer Service Team is always ready to help.

Great bread maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently received my first home bakery maestro bread maker about a week ago and I am very pleased with it. I only used it once so far but, this thing is awesome. I always wanted a bread maker and now with this bread maker I can make all kinds of things. The recipe book that comes with it is awesome as well.

Really great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad I got this bread-making machine. Please know that the machine is very easy to use. There is a simple set of buttons and an LED screen. It takes about 3 hours and in that time your kitchen will smell like a bread bakery.

So far I have made white bread and cheesy onion bread. It also makes cakes, dough for pizza, applesauce and jam. I have hsd fresh bread every night for supper! I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had a breadmaker in years. Decided it was time to give it a try again! This one is fancier then mine for 15 years ago. I tried pizza dough first. That was simple and easy to use. Kids liked it. I made whole wheat and it came out great. There are lots of options on crust control and the courses. I would recommend holding onto the manual. I haven’t tried it but there is a jam option I can’t wait to try! This has been easy to use, clean and super good food!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited about my Zojirushi Home Bakery Maestro bread maker! I’ve wanted one for a long time. It comes with a liquid measuring cup and a measuring tool. My machine makes perfect bread due to all the wonderful features. I love the Auto Add Dispense feature for bread add ons. Please see enclosed instruction booklet for safe add ons. I can even program my bread maker for medium or dark crust. My husband likes dark but the girls like a medium crust. The baking pan is removable for easy bread access and washing. The programmable features are as easy as pushing a button. It has timer, cycle, time setting and start buttons. Also on the panel are cancel, course and crust control buttons. There’s an easy to read display panel in the middle. There are two cute melody tune alerts, Oh! Susana and On the Bridge of Avignon. There’s also beeping alert tones or silent mode. I love the colorful step by step recipe booklet. I found this very helpful. My goal is to make every single recipe and see which one is the favorite. The white bread recipe is delicious! I highly recommend this bread maker. You will love it as much as I do!

The wonder of bread

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zojirushi BB-SSC10 bread maker is an excellent machine. It is easy to unpack and set up straight out of the box. It comes with a recipe book for easy step by step directions and measuring cups for tbsp/tsp and liquids. Thus far I have successfully baked different breads (whole wheat, rye, etc) jam, and chocolate banana bread which my kids just absolutely loved. The best part about this machine is that I do not need to stand there and knead the dough for hours. This machine does it all from mixing to kneading to baking and in less than 3 hours you end up with a loaf of bread that is fresh and cooked to perfection. After the bread is complete, it's easy to remove the baking pan from the machine and wash it/reuse. The controls are easy to understand and there are automatic settings for the time already established within the different selection modes. The baking pan is nonstick so it helps to easily remove the dough if you set it in dough only mode. I highly recommend this product to anyone that has a little bit of time and wants to make their own breads in no time. Pour the ingredients in, set it, and let it bake; easy as that.

perfect small loaf

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really easy to use bread machine. It comes with a liquid measuring cup and spoon but the best way to get the correct measurements is to weigh out your ingredients. There is also a good beginning cookbook to get you started right away. The only problem I had with the unboxing was taking out the container, you need to twist it , not pull it straight up out of the unit. My handle popped off but it was easy to put it back to gather. The other problem I had was making the french bread recipe. The out side crust is so hard and crunchy that it didn't come out of the pan. I used a non metal spatula to try and get it out but it still scratched the pan. The timer function is also awesome that you can set it up to 13hrs ahead so you can wake up to the amazing smell of hot bread baking. This really is a set it and forget it machine and perfect for small 1lb loaves that you can finish up quickly to get more hot bread the next day. You can also add custom recipes to the homemade function buttons and you can make dough and cakes...Love this machine!
