[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Four Star knife set and I have added other Four Star knives, the carving knife and fork, the Santoku, etc. I love the Zwilling brand, and more specifically the Four Star line. It’s matches functionality, quality and affordability perfectly. The Four Star Boning Knife is the newest addition to my knife set. I can say it without doubt that it is one of the best, if not the best, boning knife in the market. Incomparable quality with incomparable price. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an all-purpose boning knife.

Great boning knife. Nice and flexible, allows easy access to hard to reach areas. Very sharp thin blade, glides through flesh without ripping or tearing. Comfortable grip, nice smooth transition from the handle to blade.

Cutting Made Easy
