A Cut Above Others

This boning knife is excellent and light weight. It feels good in the hand and cuts meats superbly. At times I use it to cut tomatoes, as well. I have regularly used this knife and five others purchased with a block for over 4 decades. When my granddaughter married recently, I purchased a set for her.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very well crafted knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is additional to the Four Star set I purchased years ago that served me well so far, knife kept its edge sharp for a long time. I expect it to do the same. Very sharp, be careful when use.

love this knife, but it died

We've been using this knife for nearly 20 years, but it died today - the end snapped off when using it to cut into some frozen meat. Will have to get another or the set will be missing a well used knife.

Perfect size boning, knife

Great addition to my Four Star set
