great results.....cuts down on waste

I am very happy with the results from this boning knife. The sturdy sharp forged German steel blades are strong sharp and flexible. They get right in close to the bone and leaves very little meat behind. It cuts down on waste and puts more value in my pocket from purchasing large cuts of meat. The four star handle is very comfortable and the texture of the material has a good grip that gives me confidence and safety while butchering.

Cutting Made Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the knife to debone 20lbs of chicken thighs and had planned to be busy for quite some time. Much to my surprise the knife cut my time down considerably. This knife was worth every penny!

Great boning knife. Nice and flexible, allows easy access to hard to reach areas. Very sharp thin blade, glides through flesh without ripping or tearing. Comfortable grip, nice smooth transition from the handle to blade.
