I can see why Four Star knives are top sellers! This one does a perfect fillet job and can takes skins off easily, too. Easy to use and has a comfortable handle. Is super sharp, stays sharp and is durable and rust and corrosion free.

I like the size of this knife for removing skin from fish or trimming fat from beef or chicken. It's flexible but firm enough to have great control. The molded handle on all the Four Star knives is very comfortable in my hand and feels secure.

This flexible boning knife provides enough flexibility to get around bones with ease. It does not shred the meat because of its' super sharp edge.

great knife to debone poultry

The flex on this boning knife makes it tieh easiest knife to use for a chicken. It moves so smoothly around the edges and doesn't catch on the surface of the bones, just skims right past and edges or angles on the bone. I always had my butcher do most of the work, as my boning skills were sub par, but with this knife I a have no issue buying a whole roaster and de-boning it myself, in fact it's kinda ZEN! Try it!!

Zwilling's age-old, proven formula in a flexible boning/fillet knife. forged German stainless, 3/4 tang makes a bit lighter (which is good for this one) and larger handle for firm grip.

Flexible and sharp

This is so much more than just a boning knife! I love using this to take the skin off of tomatoes and all kinds of melons because it can curve to the sides of the fruit. The handle is super comfortable and I am able to grip it very well.

This knife is perfect for getting between meat and a bone. I also like to use it for making pockets in pork chops for stuffing. The blade is made from German Special Formula Steel, also forged from one piece of steel so durable for a lifetime. It is razor sharp and can get through any meat. The handle is comfortable and lightweight, a nice option compared to other heavy handle knives.
