A meat griller’s must!

German quality knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned a Zwilling knife set for 20 plus years, still using them. This chopper would be a great addition to it. If you are into Asian cooking that involves a lot of chopping, you should seriously consider one.

Nice balance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weight and balance is superb. That's why I have used Zwilling knives. This cleaver has a sure grip, good weight and balance for it's size. Great for chopping up chicken and other items when you don't want to use a chef's knife.
