This 8" traditional chef's knife is a great knife to have in your block or drawer. The unique curved bolster on the Pro line of knives provides ultimate comfort and control and makes the user feel like a professional!

Great traditional blade

This is a great alternative to the other Zwilling Pro 8” Chef knife. This has more of that traditional feel and shape to it which you grow to love from German knives. The stainless steel construction and the curved bolster really help make it standout against other traditional German knives

I love, love, love the feel of this knife. Super comfortable handle.
I use this knife for 80% of my food prep. Solid enough for cutting through chicken pieces and butternut squash, yet sharp and fine enough for slicing herbs and vegetables.

Pro 8" Chef's knife is my favorite knife. Really like the shape and quality. Feels like a Professional Knife and cuts, chops and slices perfectly.

Workhorse of the kitchen and its my favorite gift to give for a new household, or some one who needs an all round, do everything knife. Made in Germany with special formula steel and ice hardened - all adds up to one durable, lasting knife.

A Narrow Pro Chef is nice!

This narrow version of a Pro 8" chef is perfect for anyone who's not into wide knife. Not so small or not so big on their hand, at the same time you'll have perfect control for it's pinch grip knife. Comfortable, balanced size will quickly become the go-to knife for everyday tasks. It's the most easiest to sharpen for it's half bolster, nothing gets in the way no matter what you sharpened it either stone or machine.
