Wow! Great Knife

I’ve been working in kitchens for 10 years now and this is the best knife for the price. Perfect curve for rocking and the curve at the back of the knife makes it very comfortable. I wish I could afford 10 of these knifes to give to all my cooks!

Cooking is my career, but as a single mother I could never afford my own knives. Now my kids are grown & I wish I had this knife in my work kitchen! (It’s not going anywhere near there! Haha)
