Easy to grip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried several chefs knives before choosing this one. At first I thought it was too heavy, but the more I tested it I liked it. Zwilling has placed an angled bolster that allows for an easier and more secure pinch grip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using stamped knives from the supermarket aisle and decided to step up to a more robust and reliable knife. Decided on a 8” Traditional Chef Knife. The size is great. Not too large. Not too small. Good size for my needs. Balance is spot on and using pinch grip felt very natural. Highly recommend if you want to upgrade to your first professional knife.
