Materials of very bad quality

The sound is ok, good bass but the materials are of very poor quality.
Very light usage by me only, same problem with torn pads on both sides !
Where can I buy new pads, how much they cost ?

No Bluetooth connection with Google Chromecast HD

Please add a disclaimer informing potential buyers of the Anker Life Q30 about the known incompatibility with Google Chromecast HD with Google TV. Since this was the main reason for me to buy a Bluetooth headset with ANC, it could have saved me a lot of time and trouble to know this in advance. Unfortunately, I had no option but to return it.

Was working great and the battery life was ok but three weeks later when it has a full charge it kept powering off several times for no reason and again it was fully charged. Definitely returning

On my second pair

This was the first pair of over ear ANC headphones I've owned. My first set was working great until the headband snapped at the connector joint after 4 months of normal use... not great. However, the Anker customer service was actually pretty responsive, and after some emails, I was able to send back the defective pair and was sent a replacement in 1-2 weeks. I'm still using the second set without issue, but I'm still considering getting a more updated set as a backup.

Very bad quality

The sound is ok but the materials are of very poor quality. Warranty will not cover the replacements.

Q30 body is week

I really liked the sound quality of Q30 but it's only for small sized head because the headset body is so weak
My Q30 body get damged after 1 year
And no way to replace it
