Disappointing Quality

I received the Q30 headphones for Christmas. After four months of use, the plastic cover that holds the right headphone completely broke in half causing that piece to fall apart. I expected these headphones to last longer than four months.

Long term review-Cheap and nasty.

Over 19 mths of light use first the plastic broke near the left hand speaker,I didn`t drop them,they just cracked(see photo), Soundcore replaced the units with a new pair under warranty.
After 19 mths of light use the left speaker started vibrating and now cannot be used at all, the headphones warranty ran out at 18 mths.
These headphones have poor quality components and are not worth purchasing.
Your better off spending more with another brand, it will be cheaper in the long run.

I got these a year ago and I absolutely love them, haven’t had very many issues with them and they work amazingly well… I’ve basically tortured these headphones and they still work… I’m happy

Amazing sound, clear audio, low latency, and super comfortable for working 8+ hours a day. Totally would recommend, I just wish that I could use ANC while connected through aux.
