A pain to use

If you're using these headphones and start feeling overstimulated and try to use the Noise cancelling mode, you'll have to cycle through the transparency mode, which usually means blasting all the sound around you into your head for a second. Or you have to use the touch sensor on the side, which usually activates accidentally if you ever brush your hand against the side or try to lay down. They can't be used while charging and using the mic will lower the audio quality by a ton. I still use them a lot because they work well but they are very annoying and not a good choice if you're looking for ANC headphones to help with anxiety/autism.

They will not charge, no matter what I do, and I missed the return window

Unpacked them carefully, used the cable provided. Read the directions. Nothing.
Tried another power source - nothing. Tried a different cable - nothing.
Followed the directions here, at the Anker site - nothing.
I give up, but this was an expensive mistake.

Amazing quality for your buck

I have been using my Q30s for a while and it has never left my side. They are as soft as a cloud and are the most comfortable headphones i have ever used. Amazing noise canceling, I love that it has three modes of noise canceling. I also love that the EQ is very customizable and can be shared with others if you so choose. I love the way it can fold and be put in the carrying case to bring on trips or where ever you want. Over all, these are the most amazing headphones i have ever purchased.

Very Dissappointed

Purchased as a backup for my BOSE headphones. No way to determine if LifeQ30 unit is actually working but will charge. Cannot test to see if it works: no indicator lights, or any way to confirm operating. Startup and instructions are incomplete and can be read only with a magnifying device. It seems that I bought just more internet junk. I would NOT RECOMMEND purchasing this product

So sad

My husband got these for me as a Christmas present. They've been working great since them. This past week they just broke.. I just found them broken and now I'm afraid of using them and make the damage worse. I tried to find a replacement for the part without any success... :((((((( I'm seeing this is a common defect :((( what do I do now?
