I found these headphones through reading a Consumers Report.
I saved myself $100 in purchasing the Life Q20 over the other top picks. The difference in quality is nominal. The headphones connect to my television via Bluetooth and have rendered exceptional sound quality. The Q20 replaced my older JBL Live headphones which got much lower ratings on Consumer Reports. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great sound quality but wish it had a mute button. I use this for work purposes and having the mute button is a must to prevent placing customers on hold while I assist

really great quality!! the noise cancelling works but not totally and the bass boost doesn’t really do much, but for $65 i’m really happy with it. the battery life is GREAT, they’re super comfortable and dont have a lot of noise leak :)

Exceeded and went beyond all my expectations

I've been using earbuds (not the most expensive or very best but highly rated)for the last year.I used them almost daily at the gym and riding my bicycle.I felt like I needed a lil more oomph especially in the bass.After seeing all the reviews and learning what they "claimed"to do,I ultimately decided on the Life Q20 model.Best decision I've made in a long time...lol They are extremely comfortable.They aren't bulky or heavy and the ear pieces are comfortable.The sound quality and clarity are top of the line.Exterior noise is non existent as claimed.Even the phone calls are as clear as glass.The one thing I was weary of beforehand was the microphone but it even surprised me.I am extremely impressed and beyond satisfied with them.The price for the quality of this product is even better.

I thought I was deaf!

I bought these for work and after charging them, I put them on.
Music sounds great and I'm sure my office phone, cell phone and Teams meeting will go just as well.
I had not realized how loud the server room air handlers were until I pulled one side loose because I thought I had instantly gone deaf.

While these are great, I am unable to do any firmware update with the sound core app because the USB driver is fails to install.
I've yet to find any online help that works to repair this issue.
This is an important deal because there's always an update that needs done in the Windows world so I can only image is the case with my new headphones.
