Was gifted this product for christmas and it is by far the worst pair of headphones I have ever had the displeasure of using. One device being connected was working fine. However I made the fatal mistake of trying to connect the headphones to my computer and phone which completely broke them they are now unable to stay connected to ANY device for longer than 30 seconds no matter what I do. I have restarted the headphones multiple times (which the supossed manual didn’t even tell me how to do I had to find a third party youtube video) restarted my computer and phone forgotten the device on everything and then restarted everything again nothing works these headphones are just that poorly made that they cannot even function as headphones. I hadn’t used anker before this and I most certainly won’t be fucking using any anker product after. Bit the bullet and contacted the gifter for a reciept so I could return them. Save yourself the hassle and buy headphones that ACTUALLY WORK! Just google the headphones and numerous reports of people having the same issue will litter the search results.

The fact alone that you offer these replacements at such a reasonable price will definitely drive me back to Soundcore to replace my headphones when they eventually fail.

Still Amazing after 3 Years

I’ve had my headphones for 3 years and they still work like a dream. The music is clear and crisp and the noise canceling is so good! They’ve only recently begun to get a bit worn down on the ear cuffs but I will definitely be re-buying a pair of these later

Really really durable

I got mine five years ago, use them everyday, and they're only now starting to have some problems. I do wish the pleather coating stayed on the fabric better though. That peeled off after 2 1/2 years.

Great headphones, noise cancellation good sound mic is a little bit weird so you can answer phone calls, but they might not hear you properly. Would be four stars, but it’s kind of pricey.

It got upgraded!?!?

I had the non upgraded ones they broke but i never knew it got upgraded new sounds new mode for noise canceling so you can hear around you more easily and 2 more hours of battery not much for me but its useful and what i have been waiting for MULTIPOINT CONNECTION i can finally listen to 2 things and yes i put the headphones on a fan

Excellent durability

I'll start off with I'm a high school student, and my nana got these for me, I've had them a year, maybe half a year. Over that time I have used the in the pouring rain at least three times, accidentally thrown them at my chair, floor (carpeted) and bed at least 20 times (specifically the chair), I've dropped the maybe 5 times though they've only fallen off once while on my head, due to me shaking my head downwards, they're typically in my backpack under things, and I tend to throw my backpack around a bit. I'm basically saying they've gone through it by me, and they have maybe 3 unnoticeable scratches, and are otherwise fine and unbroken, the only broken(ish) part is I tend to hit volume up and down buttons heavily, therefore now I can't use the volume up button without pressing hard but that's solely my fault. On another topic The battery lasts a long time, I only have to charge them 1-3 times a week overnight depending on how long I use them, and I often forget to turn them off. The noise cancellation is amazing, I usually have one ear open but when I have the headphones fully on I can barely hear a thing, and I usually have to turn noise cancellation off even if I only have it on one ear because my I can't hear people. Overall these headphones are amazing for their price and I totally recommend, they're for sure the best pair I've ever owned, 10/10 recommend.
