[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m absolutely obsessed with this toy. It’s so easy to use and it’s so magical how it works at such a low heat that you can touch it so soon after it sets. I very hesitantly tested it multiple times and could not burn myself on it so I feel safe giving it to a kiddo. I love that they give you guides on shapes and creations to make the directions are clear and intuitive. I think this would make a great gift for any science loving kid over the age of three.

So much fun, as long as you’re cautious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so much fun! It definitely gets a little bit hot, so you do need to be a little careful while using it with children. It doesn’t make much noise at all. I was so surprised by the colors of filament it came with also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used something like this so i went simple and easy. It was actually very easy to operate and i can see my kiddos loving this. It doesn’t get hot to touch so the kids will be able to do it by them selves. I can’t wait to create more things with them!

Kinda dissapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a first 3D pen I suppose it's okay. The instructions were a little confusing. I had a easier time just figuring it out myself. The way it's designed it's not going to accidently burn you. It comes with everything you need to get started. The plastic was low quality, it's not going to stand up, so the concept of 3D is just making building blocks to stick together.

Best 3D Pen For Kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased a 3D pen for my daughter before & it does not even compare to MyFirst 3D Pen. My daughter's favorite part was that it can be used without being attached to a cord. It was super easy for her to operate and to make actual 2D or 3D objects. I tested it myself as well and it worked wonderfully! It doesn't push the filament out too slow or too fast and it heats up quickly. I highly recommend this 3D Pen if you wanna get one!

My kiddos love experimenting with new toys like these and they (and I) love the creative aspect to them too! This 3-D printing pen was a little confusing for my 6 year old but my 8 eight year old found it easy to use and has already started making her own creations! She just wishes there were more color options but it comes with a full basic color set of filament with the pen! Super impressive new toy!

Great gift for artsy kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kids had fun using this 3d pen. They made a lot of little designs but it was more difficult than we thought. So they stuck to flat simple designs. Although, if you have the skills, you could make more advanced 3d shapes. I'd recommend it for older kids because a bit of dexterity is required.The younger kids found it too challenging. The toy requires patience because the melted plastic comes out fast. But it's a very creative toy for older kids who love to craft. The kids just fill up then pen, it heats up, then they draw like usual. The pen never gets hot enough to burn kids. It keeps them busy for at least 30 minutes. It's not very messy as long as you draw on plastic. And the best part is once it cools down, you can peel off the drawing and have little permanent figurines and toys.
