I have the Airpod Pro 1 and upgraded to the 2 and the sound is 100 times better. Features are easier to use and battery last longer

Bad Apple

I have had several pairs of Apple AirPods some better than others seems quality control is poor. The latest set are the Pro2 purchased at a Best Buy in late may of 2023 they have a lot of same issues as my previous sets, charging the right pod and not the left one while in case together, not connecting to phone multiple times, case doesn’t recognize phone says it’s someone else’s case, battery life isn’t much better than previous models,the sound is better and they block outside noise really well but overall not improved. Now the case has quit charging so the headache never ends!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
