For orders placed on Samsung.com or the Shop App that were not picked up at a store, you have 15 days to request a return (30 days for POWERBots and Vacuums). Once requested, you’ll have an additional 15 days to print and mail your Return Shipping label. Without knowing more details about what you have experienced with your products and not being able to ask you any follow-up questions, I recommend reaching out to Samsung Support for further assistance when you have the availability. Poor product

I brought couple of month ago,firstly no adapter was supplied.
Started using with Samsung adapter found online then started blinking non stop .Tried all troubleshooting as advertised with no luck .Looks like a faulty product with no warranty of long term use.Samsung you need to build better products for the money you take .

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Due to so many people already having compatible charging blocks from previous devices, we try to lead a sustainable future by minimizing environmental impact. Wall chargers are sold separately if you do not have a compatible charging block laying around. For your convenience, I have included a link that contains your user manual. No Power Adapter

there is not a great product description, the specs only say white, and the pictures lead me to believe that a power adapter would be included. however, when the product arrived, there was no adapter. to make matters worse, of the five random power adapters i had laying around, none of them were compatable. i can't honestly say how well it charges my phone because it can't get it work and am not sure what magic power adapter will work in order to buy a compatable one.

Makes annoying noise

it works as it should with my s22 ultra in terms of charging. but the most annoying thing with it is that it makes a very annoying static and beeping sound. i have this sitting on my desk while i work in my office, but it consistently makes static and beeping sound. it’s not loud, but it will irritate your ears continuously. worst part of it is that it makes the sound even when i’m not charging my phone. i have to unplug it in order to stop the noise. i have stored away the platform altogether and just use the wire to charge. so much for “wireless” charging.

Charger works OK, cord is WAY TOO SHORT

there is nowhere in my house where i can set this wireless charger safely to use it because samsung ships it with the tiniest of type c cables. am i supposed to use it on the floor?

Works as it should

i received this as a gift with my purchase of my buds2 pro. nice packaging and i was excited that it had a fan on the bottom for heat. i charged my s22 ultra on it and removed when done charging. i checked my phone to see if it got hot while charging. it reached 101° not super hot but hotter than when using a cable to charge. not sure if the fan worked or not while charging my phone. i charged my buds case and the fan was working. so i will have to give it another try.

Doesn't work

for starters no travel adapter was included. 2nd it will not charge my note 20 ultra for more than 3 mon at a time. lastly it won't charge my galaxy watch 3 at all. even though it says it's qi compatible.
