Poor Sound Quality

I found performance and graphics of the laptop to be more than I expected and I am very happy with that aspect. Regarding the sound quality it is very poor. I expected this issue to be resolved with the higher end version. If the sound quality would have been better, I would have given the laptop a 5-star rating.

Offering a 2-year warranty as opposed to one year by other manufacturers is amazing. I like the fact that this comes from Delaware. I would order again.

It does everything and more that my son needs and should last him many years to come!
Great screen, storage, ram, keyboard with number pad, AI and if he wants to gaming but hes primarily not using it to game with but rather career move.

Excellent Laptop

This laptop has met all of the requirements I was looking for. It is fast, has great graphics and is built well. It's not plastic like all the other laptops in its class. I would highly recommend this laptop for work or gaming.
