Incompatible product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The printer cartridge I was sent are not compatible with the printer I told them that I had so the product is unsatisfactory. I informed Influenster, but they insisted I submit a review anyway, so here we are.🤷♀️

I've been using Genuine Brother Ink for many years, and the installation is seamless, and the high-yield cartridges last longer than expected. I won't risk my printer's health with generic alternatives again.
