I love the safety features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battery is safe if you have kids and perfect for most of my Christmas gifts. This came at the right time!! I have received several gifts that require this coin battery and it has served perfectly. I also need to say that if you have children at home, this battery is safe for children to try to swallow, as it has a bitter taste that discourages children from trying to put it in their mouth and I found this to be a great safety strategy! It is very easy to use and the durability is excellent. I love this brand and have never been disappointed with the batteries I've used.

Great packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the packaging. It was double sealed and needed to be punctured to get to the battery. The package also notes that it has a bitter coating to decrease a child eating it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the Duracell brand and this battery will work well in anything that we need a button battery for and I love that they now have an anti-child swallowing coding on them so where they’re nasty and bitter and kids will spit them out!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery is OK but the process of opening the package to get the batteries out is borderline nuts. Armed with a single edge razor blade I cut around the perimeter of the battery only to discover the batteries are encased in the clear plastic packaging. I practically bent the batteries trying to remove them. Many people would I assume not be able to remove the batteries as they are currently packaged.

Reliable brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cell batteries are scary when you're a parent. I'm glad that Duracell is making items to try to prevent injuries to children by battery. As well as that it lasts a long time and not needing to be replaced every month on kids toys being played all the time.
