Perfect for families with children

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many products in our house use coin batteries (AirTags, bathroom scale, etc.), but I’m always nervous to keep them in our house since we have a 3 year old and coin batteries are so dangerous if swallowed. Duracell has added a bitter coating to their coin batteries, making them very unpalatable and far less likely to be swallowed. I still store them out of reach, but it’s reassuring to know our little one is less likely to swallow it if he manages to get ahold of one.

Good batteries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that these batteries had a bitter coating to deter children from swallowing them which is always a terrifying thought as a mother of three babies. The battery is good and does it’s job. I will personally still put it away so the kids don’t find them but I like the butter coating on them!

Dog owners take note!

I also like that it is coated with a bitter taste because…dogs and toddlers, am I right?! Duracell is always our trusted battery brand so I’m very confident in its ability to keep our dog safe by powering his AirTag!

Safe for the kids

I thought taht This battery is safe to use for kids stuff as it is has bitter coating so if the kids might be accidently put in their mouth they will spit it out coz that bitterness.

Bitter tasting!

These Duracell 3V lithium batteries are coated with a bitter tasting substance to try to deter children from putting them in their mouths. As a mom, that eases my soul.
