The Device Works but…

The device works great for what I ordered it for which is the cooling feature. But the app needs much improvement. It keeps disconnecting from my wave and the device is fully charged; this is extremely frustrating! I would still recommend the device for the cooling or heating function.

This product instantly changed my life! You should buy this for yourself or anyone you know suffering from hot flashes whether from menopause/perimenopause, cancer treatments, or other personal/health treatment-related reasons.
Not only does it instantly stop a hot flash in its tracks with a push of a button for me, but it also allows me to sleep comfortably all night long. Plus, I've never used a device of any kind or an app that was more simple to use!
I hope that one-day treatments like this will gain FDA approval/insurance company coverage but I think we all know the reason why this is not happening! Scrap your copays for HRT (that come with risks) and try this for yourself.

I can actually feel the coolness start in my wrist n travel up my arm. I don’t get as cool as I would like but it more than makes up for that by helping me sleep much better and my anxiety level has come way down.

I was pleasantly surprised when the first time I had to use the wristband, I actually felt some relief! Moving forward I’m confident that for the most part I will get change in my temperature when I need it. I don’t like the all night feature because it runs down the battery before morning. I would absolutely recommend this product!!
