Power cord is no problem--it's nice not to have to fiddle with recharging. Two-finger operation is also no problem, and I think is a useful safety measure. All you need to do is practice which two fingers of which hand are most comfortable. Once that is done, operation is a breeze. I like the power of this immersion blender and the convenience of detaching the "business end" for washing. All-in-all, a great choice for anyone with a power outlet on or near their stove.

This product stopped working within minutes of first use. It’s been in my office ever since and just haven’t had a chance to return it. Being asked to pay for shipping for a replacement on a product that should have worked from the get go hasn’t inspired me to start the process.
