Could do better

Have had this set for a year and the scissors just snapped! Seems like pretty cheap quality if you ask me. Have handwashed them the entire time. I have owned another pair of cooking scissors for more than 10 years that I clean in the dishwasher and they are still working great! The knives are decent for what you pay for but definitely not top notch. Would not purchase this again.

All the knives are very sharp. All cut smoothly except the steak knives, couldn’t cut any meat easily. Not sure if I would buy again, really wanted a whole set.

I like the knife set for the price. I have noticed that the handles have a coating on them that is starting to peel off at the bases. They are handwashed and never left in water so I do not know how this could be happening.
