My Obsesson . . Disappeared!

Hoover just keeps getting better at these floor cleaners. The Clean Slate XL is efficient and impressive enough that it has become a worry-free obsession for me. My new home came with off-white carpeting on much of the main floor. As a klutzy person, I was well aware that light carpets and I usually are not really compatible. When I purchased this machine, that was no longer the case. I still do my share of dropping, spilling, and knocking things over, but these days, there is no more worrying. Every mess ANYONE has made on our carpet has easily disappeared by this cleaner! It is a blessing for someone like me! Thanks Hoover!

Haven’t used the spot cleaner yet. But if it’s anything like the carpet shampooer. I know it’s going to get whatever I’m cleaning up. Hoover is a great brand and have used for over 10 years. Highly recommend.

Good when it works!

I am on my 2nd Hoover cleaner and they both have had the same problem. The sprayer trigger sticks. I threw the first unit in the trash. Don’t know why I ordered a 2nd one but I did. Wishing a year almost to the date of purchase, this one started sticking also. During that year maybe used it 3 times. Luckily it has a 2 year warranty so Hoover did send a replacement hose . Will see how long this one goes before it starts sticking. Seems to be a common problem. If this one goes, no more Hoover for me. I have purchased several steam vacs in the past, the first one in 1994. I am a loyal Hoover customer, but if this one goes out for the same reason, no more!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

*Disclaimer-NO ONE slept on this mattress! It was forgotten about in storage for years. I didn’t have hopes it would do much for this but wanted to try my Cleanslate XL on a larger scale. To say I was shocked was an understatement. If these pictures don’t convince you, I’m not sure what will!

Great Cleaner Vacuum for basic/regular cleanings

I bought this a month ago and used it for personal auto detailing for my vehicles. It has very strong suction power and isn't really as loud, and doesn't have a ringing sound like other vacuums have. The Clean Water tank is smaller than the Dirty Water tank. I had to add and empty the tanks at least 3 times for a deep cleaning with my 4-door Honda Accord. What I also love is the self-cleaning area for your hose. Everything else is easy to clean. I will say that the first time I used the vacuum, I opened the Clean water tank lid and it broke the first time (Picture #6). I haven't called yet for warranty since I'm new to this. So I recommend HOOVER to do something about the Clean water tank lid since it seems to be very good sealed, but you have to put a lot of force to open the lid, which caused it to break, since the lid holders do not seem to withstand a lot of pressure. Everything I have in the pictures was what I received along with the manuals and attachments, and a free "ONEPWR Dust Chaser Cordless Handheld Vacuum - Kit" gift since I bought the vacuum with the bundles.

The best spot cleaner I've ever used!

This product is amazing!! It cleans up stains with a breeze and it is compact to fit in small places for storage. I've tried other spot cleaners in the past but none od them compare to this one! Highly recommend this spot cleaner for all cleaning projects!!

Purchased this unit in Dec of 23. The trigger started to stick and spray everywhere. Hoover made me send in pictures and videos and ignored me. In September 24 the hose split near the hose handle. Had to send pictures and videos again. They sent me a hose which I had to change. Now 5 months later the hose split in the same spot yet again and the head unit has lost most of its bristles. I never had these issues with Bissell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
